Prices include rent, bed and bath linen, wifi, cleaning, VAT and tourist taxes. It is possible to book with or without breakfast.
Room Rate (1 or 2 p)
Standard price
- per night : € 110
Adjustments to standard price
- Stay exceeding 3 nights: 15 € discount per night
- One-night stay: 25 € extra charge
Full House Rate (upto 6 p)

- per night : € 300

- One-night stay: 75 € extra charge
Retro-caravan Rate (1 or 2 p)
- Standard price: € 45

- One-night stay: 15 € extra charge
Play Barn
The use of the barn by our Full House customers is included in the Full House rate.
We charge extra for the organization of an event in the barn. There is no fixed rate, the amount varies according to the number of people and the equipment rented.
Charges for extra-services
- Breakfast: 20 € per person per day
- Late check-out: € 90 for Full House
- Toddler bed: 20 € flat rate
- Pet : 20 € flat rate per animal
- Self Catering:
- included for Full House guests
- in the exceptional case that the B&B guest uses the kitchen (which is only possible if there are no other guests) to prepare a meal in the afternoon or evening, an additional surcharge of 20 € will be charged
- € 20 surcharge if the kitchen is not tidy or if BBQ grill is not clean 🙂
